Continuing Power of Attorney

You may wish to consider granting a continuing power of attorney at the same time as writing a will. Many people make the mistake of assuming that executors will automatically be granted a power of attorney should an accident or illness lead to a serious and permanent mental or physical impairment. A power of attorney must be drawn up separately to allow you to make important financial and health related decisions on behalf of your loved one. We are here to help you set up powers of attorney, ensuring that someone is able to make those vital decisions on your behalf if the time comes that you are no longer able to do so.
