Damien set up the company in 2004 and is the MD of the company, responsible for overall oversight of operations and strategy of the company.

Damien has worked in financial services since 1992 and has worked in many different areas gaining a breadth of experience. Haven taken his career as far as he could within the confines of a large operation he decided to go it alone in order to make his own decisions for the future.

Damien services clients across a number of sectors including families, trusts, small and large corporate clients, divorce proceedings and settlements and personal injury award cases. He is a pension transfer specialist through examination which is essential in dealing with transfers from complex pension schemes to private arrangements. Much of Damien’s focus is spent in the corporate area helping directors and owners of businesses structure their companies correctly and ensure they are well placed for the future by installing financial plans.

Damien is passionate about offering clients solutions that are easily followed in order to obtain the goals and aspirations sought.

Damien specialises in offering innovative investment and pension solutions to individuals and corporates and will work closely with solicitors and accountants to help clients in various areas including quantifying large claim settlements for personal injury cases, divorce settlements including pension sharing and trust fund investment and planning.

Damien and his wife Gillian have been married since 2001 and have 2 children.  He enjoys cycling and pre work visits to the gym to get the brain in gear along with the odd round of golf. To relax he enjoys cooking and he tries to travel as much as possible with his family when workload allows.

Richard has over 21 years experience in Financial Services and has held several senior roles at large Financial Institutions. Richard is a qualified Pension Transfer Specialist allowing him to advise on the complex work of Final Salary Pensions. Having spent a few years working at an Investment House Richard takes a keen interest in client investment solutions.

Richard has a young family so has temporarily given up his social life. He enjoys spending time with his family and helps coach his sons football team. He likes the odd game of golf despite being terrible at it and enjoys eating out.
